When 9/11 happen I was 3 years old
When did you first learn about the attacks and who explained the events to you?
When I first heard about 9/11 was in 7th grade,My social studies teacher started talking about the attack & more information about it.
What kind of impact did these attacks have on your life or your parents lives?
Some impacts in our life was the economy. It got worst after the 9/11 incident.


What was the issue with this game?
That Violence Cannot Be Stop.
How do you feel about it?
I think its a a good idea but at the same time bad because young children shouldn't know about violence but at the same time they should.
What is the problem with portraying on such an awful violent event through a video game?
It makes people get the wrong idea of the world.
How can you make sure that your web games tell the whole story or teach a lesson in an honorable way?
By actually putting facts in the game & the whole story than half of the story.

Danger Of Single Story

1. What does it mean to have a 'single story' about a place or community?

To have a personal opinion About someone or something without really knowing about it & just judging them/it for the way it looks.


2.Describe a single story you have heard told about your community. What is missing from that story? How could people learn more about that community?

That in the east side is a real bad hood because of everything that happens.Something thats missing is that its not a "Bad Hood',we have a really good college prep school & here all of us want to go to college & be someone good in life. I Think people should actually come and see what the east side its all about & not believe what other people say.


3.Describe a single story you have heard about another community. How did you learn that story? How could you find out more about that community?People say that in the West Lake only really rich white people live there.I learned that story because my parents friend live there & I Visited there.I think I Can find out about this community by actually seeing what kind of races live there & maybe a little research.


4.How could a game let players experience many stories about a place or community?In Some games people only put one story & if someone from another planet played that game their actually going to believe it so people have to put the "Whole Story".

The lady read books about white people only & she wrote books about them too because she thought that they were wealthy & had a better life than others.

The lady never been outside of Nigeria her whole life.

At the age of 8 her parents had a servant at their home & he was even more poor than her,that's when she felt like at least she had something more than other people.

When she got to the university her roommate made an omsumsion of her that she didn't know how to use the stove, She wasn't that smart, she didn't know how to speak English but when she prove her wrong she was surprise.

The university had told the they where going to have a charity for the country's India & Africa.

when they had said that she felt like they were saying to her "You need help" & Africa isn't a country its a continent. 

She wrote a book & the publisher told her that her characters weren't "REAL",because he thought that Africans were sick & had a bad life but she knew that he was wrong because she is an African & lived her life has one in Africa.

When she saw the News she saw that the Mexicans were poor,they didn't eat,no jobs & just had a bad life,but one day she went to Guadalajara  & she saw that what she saw in the news was wrong everything was so different,& She realized that she was acting like her white roommate.

This is my first blog post of the 2011-2012 school year.


What is a Cyberbullying?
-A Cyberbullying is someone that bully you in the internet and maybe you might know them or they are just stranger's to you.

What are different types of cyberbullying?
-Some types of cyberbullying are Gossip,Impersonate & Threaten

What do you do if you are being cyberbullying?

-If someone is Cyberbullying tell someone you really trust like an adult.

What are some reasons that people cyberbully others?
-Some reason people bully others its becuse they want revenge,they are jelouse of you,want to feel power,they have been bullied before and want someone ealse to feel the same way they did

How does the main character feel about using "clicksters" in the beginning of the film?
- She really didnt care about it since she didn't have an acount.

What is her family situation?
-She has Challenges,A really close Mother & daughter relationship as well with her brother at some points. Her parents were divorced, and mad at each other. Taylor was mad her father because he cheated on her mom.

What type of friendship does she have?
-Taylor has 2 bestfriends Samantha and Sheyemm.

When does the Cyberbully start?
-When someone had hacked Taylor Clicksters profile page and when the girl Linnsey commented a rude comment on the picture of Taylor and Samantha.

How does Taylor react to the mean comments people keep posting about her?
-She was upset in the beggining and let people comments get to her in mentaly damage,after the end she finally stood up for herself.

Does she ever try to stop people from posting insults?What could had she done differently?
-She never tried to stop people from saying all those stuff to her.Something diffently she should had done is faced Linnsey sonner.

What kind of changes do you see Taylor experience through the film?
-At first she let linnsey get to her and at the end she faced her fears.

Nintendo 3 Ds

The new nintendo looks so advance and fun!(: It comes in 2 different colors aqua blue & black. It's almost the same as the other ones because it has the 2 screens the bottom one is touch & the top one you can see the game in 3D but in this 3D you dont wear the glasses & you see the 3D anywhere you go or you can choose not to have it in 3D. Another thing is that it still has the same plus buttons & X,Y,B,A Buttons But In the 3rd generation it has a big button were you can move the player. In the Nintendo 3 you can put the regular nintendo games,nintendo 3 Ds games or any game that you have downloaded. Also the nintendo game comes with a memory card where you can save files. The new Nintendo 3 Ds Is better because it has motion where you can move the divice & it actually moves the player in the game. This game cost about $249.99. Maybe some day i could get the Nintendo 3 Ds because it looks fun to play with!(:

Disaster In Japan



This is very sad because Japan is one of the countries that is always ready for anything because they are very smart,so this surprise me because they weren't ready for the tsunami and the earthquake at the same time. Right now there is about maybe 1,000 people or more that died in the tsunami. Also their was a threat that in the nuke poolt at or near exploding.

I think the students in Massachusetts are doing a great thing because with that money they can help maybe over 1,000 people in Japan. It is a great idea to raise money for Japan because almost all of our technology comes from there and if they don't havce money to built japan again then maybe we won't have technology.

What i'll do to help japan disaster is get a group together that are willing to particapate and raise money for the japan disaster so we can help alot of people so they can be back as they use to be the grown up's working/making new technology and the children having a good education and staying in school.

The new PSP seems very cool beacuse now it's touch screen with better picture.In this new PSP you dont have to move the buttons to move to the left, right, up & down.In this PSP it has Gps & a camera.I think this PSP is better because its almost like a Iphod touch but better because whenever yo tilt the PSP the character actually tilts also.Maybe someday i'll buy this PSP it has very good technology.

I played the game in  http://mathgames4kids.net/math-mountain. the game I played is called "Math Mountain". In this game you play with 2 players & they give you math problems which can be division,addition,subtraction or multiplication. If you get the problem right then you get to climb the mountain it depends on what the operation was because sometimes you can climb up the mountain 1,2 or 3 times & if you get wrong then you fall down however many steps it tells you. This really cometetive because your trying to beat the other player so that you can be the 1st one at the top of the mountain. In this game you are time, you only have 9 seconds to answer the problem. I like this game because you have to think,your time & you are competing to be at the top of the mountain with another player.

In The Beginning Of The Movie Jimmy Was Walking To California With Cory & Hailey.The Problem That Jimmy Had It Was That He Was Sad Because His Twin Sister Died In California By Drowning So He Missed Her Since They Were Very Close To Each Other.Since Jimmy Like To Stack/Build Things It Relates To The Game Because Jimmy Has To Think About Good Strageries To Play & Also It Helped Him Beacuse He Wasn't Thinking Bout His Sister Or He Was Trying To Forget Bout The Pain. I Think Playing Video Games Helps Jimmy Because He Only Thinks About Strageries For The Game & He's Not Thinking About His Sister.Something That Makes Jimmy A Awesome Video Game Player Is That He's Always Concentrating On The Game. Some Games I see In The Movie Being Play Are Double Dragon,F-1 Dream, Street Fighter, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Super Mario 3. I Have Only Played Super Mario 3. I Only Saw The Nintendo System (The Old One).I Think The Power Glove Was So Awesome Because It Helped Lucas Win The Game & It Seem Like He Was Actually In The Game Playing!
